Brentwood Christian School has had its share of basketball honors these past few seasons, from 20-win teams to individual accolades.
Rising senior Marcus Zelee added another achievement to a growing pool of excellence last week, when he announced via social media his commitment to join the Iowa State men's basketball program upon the completion of his high school career.

Zelee was a star for the Bears the last two seasons, averaging close to 20 points per game across his two seasons at BCS. He helped lead the program to back-to-back appearances in the TAPPS state semifinals, was a two-time district MVP and two-time first-team all state award winner.
